April fools!!
Find a seat. Sit down, lean back, and relax. Take several deep breaths. Now, pretend that you are just waking up from a long and peaceful night's sleep. You slowly sit up, and you reach your hands above your head and stretch as far as you can. Not wanting to get up quite yet, you lean foward and lean your elbows on your knees and let your head fall slowly. Take several slow and relaxing breaths, feeling the muscles of your back expand with each breath. You stand up slowly, and you turn your torso gently from side to side, stretching far, but not hurting yourself. You take a deep breath and you sigh deeply. You go to the window and open the curtains, spreading your arms out wide. To your great surprise (GASP!!) it has snowed!! God must be playing a late April Fool's joke!! You decide it would be best to warm your car up before you start getting ready for the day. You lean down and put on your slippers, and you step outside. It is FREEZING!! You throw your arms around yourself and shiver, taking a few very fast breaths! You get to your car, and you hear a hissing noise (make the hissing noise as intensely as you can). You squat down next to your tire and listen, taking deep breaths (notice where you feel the air going). Your tire is making the hissing noise and you realize it is very flat. You stand up slowly and cry "OH NO! How will I get to work?" You ponder this predicament for a moment, and then you give up. You decide to call work and let them know that you will not be in today. You sigh a deep sigh of contentment, and you go back to your warm bed to sleep a few more hours.
